This simple, efficient and durable foaming system features the Suttner ST-160 Foaming Injector and the Suttner ST-75 Foamer. This system solves the biggest problem with all foam cannons which is the refills by injecting the chemical at the outlet of the power washer. The ST-160 utilizes dosing nozzles for automatic dilution with a range of 10:1 to 200:1, completely eliminating all guess work when it comes to the strength of your soap. We set these injectors to draw at 100:1 which is 1% of the GPM, perfect for our super concentrated soaps. This equals 4-5 times less soap than standard injectors. Not only do you get the benefit of efficiency but you also get further cling time allowing work on larger areas and less soap run off.

This professional but affordable package is completely plug and play. To install, plug the ST-160 Injector onto the outlet of your power washer. To engage foam mode, attach your ST-75 Foamer to the gun or lance outlet. To switch back to rinse, reattach your rinse nozzle.

Watched his videos on youtube and thought it would be a good idea. Save soap, easy washing, not having to wave a foam cannon around.
It puts soap on the car, closer to a pressure washer included foam blaster thing. No foam, pretty much just runny soapy water. Also used a ton of soap, this might have been me trying to actually get enough soap on the car to wash..

Using an Active 2.0, 50 foot hose.
Tested with Liquid-X and Old Glory soaps. Foam cannon vs this setup, is a world of difference, I won't switch off the PF22 after this experience. I have $300 of junk now. Might be that I don't have a $6k pressure washer, I wash for fun and a hobby and cant justify that.

Old Glory is a great soap, highly recommended. The gun with Kew connects also highly recommended, the swivel under pressure is amazing, bit bulky though. Picked up a 36" lance to go with it and it is a life changer.

Saves time - especially when doing large vehicles!

I basically built my own silencer kit, with parts from Chem-X.com. I just didn't need another gallon of anything at the time so I ordered the ST-160, ST-75 and a splice kit separately. I installed it all right onto my rolling hot water pressure washer, 2500PSI@3GPM. The foam quality isn't what you'd get out of a foam cannon, but Chem-X has been clear about that, at least in their videos, so I knew what to expect out my machine size. Still, I wish I could get it a little thicker- I might buy another dosing nozzle and drill it out to be in the middle of the 0.7 and 1.0 mm nozzles (1% and 2.5% respectively) to try to get it closer to 1.25-1.5% soap.

However stars and stripes doesn't really care about foam quality in my, albeit limited, experience. So long as they mix on the surface they get great results and my truck is 95% of the way to clean without touching it. This kit cuts down on the time it takes me to mix foam cannons. Especially with a trailer on I needed 2 or 3 full foam cannons of each part to get the truck and trailer all covered. I don't need to worry about that anymore. Now all I'm left wanting is a real wash bay with heat and a boom!

I also did a quick test to see if I could still use a regular foam cannon with this for other chemicals like snake oil, and it appears I can do so without needing to bypass the ST-160. That way I don't need to purge the lines or swap out the jugs.

I mounted both jugs with a custom sheetmetal pan I had my uncle bend up for me, but I've attached the plans so anyone who is looking to replicate it can do it.

Better than i ever expected

Washed my truck faster than i ever have and now i have a choice to how i wanna wash my cars and trucks. Iit will be so beneficial if i decide to start a business detailing

Great asset

This Foam injector is Genius! This will save time and Money in the long run and you NEVER have to dilute soaps for foam cannons ever again! Be sure you have 3gpm and atleast 2500 psi or you wont be happy with the foam. It will work at lower psi and gpm but it becomes a soaper not a foamer! Fleet wash companies, this is a MUST have!
